i got all of the unending war books and is says im missing the second one

I cannot get the last part to work. I am completing the intel unlock in the correct order but it always spawns bound. Completely stuck and cannot progress on this quest. I already tried resetting the realm and redoing the sombre tears sites.

When i complete the guantlet and made it to the watch the progression challenge did not show completed. Went back in an completed 2 with it showing this time. Cnnot do the swamp again as the bishop did not respawn

I have no tracked quests but it says i have the max quests tracked so won't let me track a quest.

In the Hollowed Moor realm, Danu does not spawn correctly. Her staff appears, but Danu herself does not. I can still interact with her and accept her quest to scout the Bastilles of Might, but it is rather difficult to interact with an NPC I can't...

A House Divided can't be turned in via Myriam Jo-Chenoweth. There is no discussion point wih her about the quest.

Puck showed up for my friend in the crossways but not for me. Quests are stuck for me.

Her staff is there, hovering in the air. Her name-tag is there..but she herself is nowhere to be seen..perhaps it will sort itself out if i reset the world... -_-*

I got the achievement of throwing a snowball a long distance but it did not unlock the clothing? Did I miss something?
