New NPCs names do appear on portal’s realm card description but there is no quest marker after speaking with Sassy about new realm visitors.

the sellers spawned underneath the platform and i cant reach them, I've tried relogging but it didn't help

when the npc's are downed by bound and get blown back, they get blown away to anywhere on the map and you can find them in the ocean or inside the mountain (another bug report)
