After attatching the browler charm in my bow it disapears, also my backpack with the charm for redused stamina cost for conquer methods

I am playing offline and everything goes into inventory but I cant get rid of anything. I use wood for fuel, still have the wood. Stone to build, still have the stone. Try dropping item, it drops and still in inventory.

After performing a repair all, the items' durability was fully restored but the yellow icons indicating badly damaged gear lingered on my screen until I died.
