Found an invisible obstacle in Nightingale City, Isle of Dee area.

In the Magwytch Marshes realm, recruitable NPC and slain enemies frequently fall through the terrain, making them unrecoverable.

I cast the Darkness enchantment at the base of an Eoten tree, which resulted in the entire creature being thrown several hundred metres into the sky, in it's standing posture.

Here are several F2 shots of various Nightingale City infrastructure "issues," ranging from building foundations not meeting the ground to being force-pushed (like a teleport rather than a shove) off of ledges bordering the water.

In front of left most door at the front of the Cathedral in Pandoras Bane character falls through environment and is stuck under the map.

Fell down a shaft near the water in Nightingale City. When I finally found a place to get out of the water and climb back up, I came up beneath the graphics and could not get back to the level of play.

Trees regrown in abeyance realm through the buildings and invincible. Regrows spell is not affecting them. Now half of my base is impassible.

Was wandering in the area of the Pale Pylon and found a narrow passage between two buildings. Entering the passage dropped me down roughly my height below the terrain with no way back up. Coordinates in the attached bug screenshot.
