Can't finish swamp tutorial realm

After months of it supposedly being fixed, my alternate character still can't leave the swamp tutorial biome. The portal to abeyance refuses to open.

Attempting to login to a realm that is full while your abeyance is also full results in the player not getting the abeyance full message and the resume page being largely nonfunctional

Abeyance realm not loading all of my augments, shelves, etc

Loaded into my Forest Abeyance Realm after the 0.3.0 patch and found some of my augments and shelves are missing. Realm serialize/deserialize issue?
