When I close thge inventory I have a "Flash Bomb" into my eyes. Happens a lot

Within the past week, all of my gear only shows one slot available for infusions. There is only one showing. There are no grayed out slots at all. I am at tier 2.

I was moving my chests and I put it on top of another one, and when I clicked to set it down it just disappeared into the either with all the hides I had in it.
