I have a newer character I've been playing with, completed the Site of Power, Herbarium Card still unavailable.

Interacted with Wilhemina Sasse, she spoke of Edgar Allan Poe and the other new NPCs, etc. yet my Journal remains empty. I've searched exhaustively the Forest Gloom (and others), he and other new NPCs are nowhere to be seen / found.

Trying to exit through the portal in the starting swamp caused my game to crash. Now the cards are gone and I can't make a new portal.

After the last update I noticed that hopeful essence is no longer dropping. I've tried everything. Things that used to drop, now don't drop anymore.

If you delivery the potions on the first step of the quest and then logout, the quest will bug and you can't continue.
