I can't proceed through the very first site of power, I have found 2 of 3 writings but the 3rd one is no where to be seen, although I've covered the insdie and outside of the structure.

I died while fighting Sheliak's Yoke and went back to my respite realm to repair my gear. When I returned to the heart of the realm, the giant bug was gone. I tried logging out and back in, but the boss is still gone. Not sure what my next move is...

Twice now (for the realms with the Azazel and Yex bosses) I unintentionally bypassed the main quests for those areas by using climbing picks to circumvent the barriers preventing entry.

If you kill the heart of an infestation then take too long in clearing the enemies, the enemies will despawn mid-fight. This does not seem to happen every single time (Bombardiers and Snipers seem to run around for a long time), but a lot of tanky...
