Nightingale Bugs

When pressing T, you lose control of all inputs. Even menu can't be opened. You can see your curser and have to Alt+F4 the game and restart to fix it.

I was about to enter a vault and went to eat some food, but the game will only let me equip or unequip the food. I play on controller, but also tried to consume with mouse and no joy.

An enemy in one of the "might" challenges spawned inside the map. We cannot see it to shoot it or attack, and we could not progress. Maybe a respawn enemies feature would help?

Following latest patch, I am now unable to craft any makeshift item in my abeyance realm. I have not tested this in other realms.

Having a screen shake issue, no clue why, but every-time I'm on for more than 3 hours the landscape will glitch for a second, then refocus with a consistent screen shake for all movement afterwords.

I have a newer character I've been playing with, completed the Site of Power, Herbarium Card still unavailable.

Interacted with Wilhemina Sasse, she spoke of Edgar Allan Poe and the other new NPCs, etc. yet my Journal remains empty. I've searched exhaustively the Forest Gloom (and others), he and other new NPCs are nowhere to be seen / found.
