The settler card now says it provides a 1.4x multiplier in the description. When crafting, I am instead receiving alternating 2.0x and 1.0x multipliers (ie old multiplier once, then no multiplier, then old multiplier, etc).
Tested with buttons, buckles, metal plates.
This occurs with Settler Eminent as well. Tested in Forest and Desert Abeyance realms with lumber, carved stone, wire, shafts, hinges, metal plates, reservoirs, and buttons.
