I'm trying to build my estate cairn. I have a makeshift mining pick, but it isn't appearing as useable on any boulders. I've wandered around most of the map, and all of the boulders are showing up as a red pickaxe, not green, and hitting them does nothing. I don't have the recipe for the bench that lets me build an upgraded axe yet, but from what I've read when googling, the makeshift pick should be able to get me stone blocks. Is this some sort of bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

The Makeshift Mining Pick doesn't have the tool power to mine any large ore deposits, only the smaller basic stones -- generally found along the bottom of cliffs, the coastline, or dotted in areas with rock clusters. These will be roughly the size of an Angling Basket, compared to the much larger ore deposits that are often as tall as the character, and should show a green icon and yield Stone Blocks when hit.
Would it be possible for you to post a screenshot to this while looking at one of these boulders you've encountered so we can confirm what the issue may be?
