Build limit does not decrease.

Thank you devs. I was cleaning out all build parts on a forest realm to build a new base. I spent 8 hours breaking everything I could find. I started with 75/350. I got it down to 43 at about 2/3 explored and when I finished and checked again I was at 50/350. I understand build limit increases is a later thing but not being able to get it to 0 before you start feels like Im being jipped. Please fix the count so its accurate.
