I became trapped inside the chamber with the puzzle core of a POI. This POI has a "blue square area" that activates a hidden door that you need to reach by climbing, jumping to about 3 stories high. I managed to jump down from there to get tot he puzzle core before the door closed. However, despite there being a similar "blue square area" in the chamber with the puzzle core I cannot activate the door that closed shortly after I entered to claim the hope echo.
I will need to return to a respite point in order to continue.
As requested I've attached the F2 screen shot. I've also added a screen shot showing the POI. To the left is the trigger plate that opens the door to the left my map marker.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If at all possible, please press F2 while at the Bastille of Agility you got stuck at and attach a screenshot of the overlay menu to this post so we can better understand what maybe causing the issue.
