Offline mode errors

Before Offline Mode, i had to deal with Lag spikes every now and then, and long loading times between realms when using the portals. No big deal. my internet isn't the greatest anyway.
BUT, Ever since Offline Mode was released, i went in to it, created a new character, and have been TRYING to play offline so i wouldn't have to deal with the normal online problems. HOWEVER..... Offline is constantly laggy, Takes even longer to load between realms as well as loading from main menu, and in my most recent play, i logged in to find my entire house was back in blueprint phase... all my lights were still hanging, all my workbenches and bed still present, all storage containers still there. but all floors, walls, and ceilings were blueprint and i fell through the now non existent floor upon loading in.

when i attempted to check the mats needed to finish my house, (i had left with a dock being built still that was attached to my house), it showed all mats were present except for about 20 rocks which were needed for the dock only. so i grabbed a few rocks and threw them in and suddenly all my foundation floors came back, but my walls, second floor, and ceiling were still blueprint. between that and the lagging i got so irritated i just quit.

(House is built in Abeyance Forest, and realm is augmented with a trickster card)
