I recruited my first companion. She won't accept the orders to "stand still" and when set on "work here" she will start working but still follow me around. The other commands seem to work.
Even in online mode the companions still follow me around and fail to pick up harvested resources when ordered to "work here".
I am having the same with offline mode, but I did not test online mode functionality.
