While climbing a stone structure there was an opening that I was climbing past when I got stuck and could take no actions. I could not change gear, move up or down, jump off the wall, or anything other than move the camera.

Had to log out and back in to resolve. Even after fast traveling to my respite I was still stuck
After using the "I'm Stuck" feature and selecting to spawn nearby, I'm still stuck in a climbing pose and cannot move other than rotating the camera.
