occasionally when entering your inventory you can get "soft locked" pressing tab to close the inventory will close then re-open it. if you press escape to exit out of the inventory it puts you on the system tab and no longer allows you to make any inputs at this point the only thing I could do was close the game. sometimes if you spam the tab button it lets you back out of the inventory but happens again when you try to open it again.
when this occurs the mouse no longer appears on the screen and wont reappear when you attempt to move it to a second monitor.

Our development team was able to get a fix for the inventory soft lock in the last couple patches. With no new reports coming in we’re going to be closing this post as ‘patched’.

If it helps, I have another topic on this as well (it should be on the main page), we found a couple work arounds:
Hitting windows key can bring it back, but might lose frames, and have to do it a few times.
Hitting T as if you're typing can also work, but you're stuck in the loop until you physically hit close, this can also have issues with it.
They're not great work arounds, but at least it saves you from having to restart the game.
I am having this issue too. Noticed it with Offline mode. I was close to a rock wall when I opened up my inventory and then I didnt have a mouse arrow. Had to exit the game manually. Logged back in and it was the same way. I quit the game again, validated the assets, logged back in, clicked on to go to the Respite and it seemed to be normal again. I was able to use the inventory. However, as soon as I clicked on go to The Watch, my inventory stopped working again, I have no mouse again.
I am also experiencing this. Seems to soft lock longer the more I play. This only happens in my abeyance work shop. Offline mode.
I was able to continue game by pressing F2 to bring up the debug menu, alt tab back to the game from screenshot folder, then press M for map or other interface and it was able to reset itself somehow. But I still have no idea how it is triggered. It seems fine for hours then next time I play it happens over and over.
This has happened to me 3 times this hour and I have to restart my game each time which sets me back. It is unplayable for me at this moment.
