It would appear there might be an unintended effect with the pugilist charm effect. While it does increase your hand to hand fighting just fine, it would also appear to increase the attack power of simple explosive satchel unintentially as well (don't get me wrong I love it). I've seen myself hit for 2800 damage when my gear score is essentially just 33.
