When we are playing we loose ability to craft revolver ammo on workbench.
To create them we need to destroy workbench and place it again.
After some time when we placed new workbench, when we return to the base from quests we also loose the ability again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The revolver ammo recipe is granted by the Simple Saddle Rack augmentation. If this augment has snapped to the station, when you look at the workstation's traits in the Crafting menu, you should see the Western: Tools trait applied. If the station does not have this trait, then the recipe for the revolver ammo will not be available.
