(Offline) Find the Lawman Merged

I got the reward from him for telling him the truth. Now have 2 Find the Lawman Quests in my Journal.

1st: Talk to the Lawman : Wilhelmina Sasse has offered me an intriguing proposal. She has heard rumours of an American Lawman in the Realms and wants whatever information I can bring her. Perhaps she'll make it worth my while.

When I try to talk to Bass Reeves he just keeps saying "Honest folk are a rare find 'round these wilds. I'd be pleased to reward you properly if you don't mind."

I tried going back and talking to Wilhelmina Sasse too but nothing about his questline in her dialog options.
