Inventory Items disappearing.

For a few days now I've been thinking that items have been disappearing occasionally from my pack as I go through portals. When I believe items have disappeared it's not always whole stacks, sometimes it only 2 or 3 items from a stack.

e.g. I carry materials to construct a Realmic Transducer (amongst other items) with me at all times, always physically checking before I leave my Abeyance I can indeed create it. On a few occasions I've been short of the required materials to construct it when away from my Abeyance - knowing I could build it when I left and not having done anything to use the items.

I'm currently playing offline, but others playing online have mentioned in Discord that they also have had items disappear recently, so although I have not personally seen this occur in online mode - others have.

Most recently I've had a small stack of coffee vanish from storage at my abeyance. I distinctly remember crafting 200 cups of coffee at my abeyance, keeping 15 in my pack and the 185 remaining into my food chest, with other foods. They have now disappeared, and every chest has been searched for them - nada.

I am trying to narrow down exactly when items disappear (before & after screencaps when going through portals), and when/if I get more information I'll add it as a comment.
