Blurry and flickering textures

Hello there. I have a very annoying problem with blurry and flickering textures. It's visible on the tree's leaves and grass on the ground (hemp, berry bushes or stick bushes). I have tried to play with every setting possible but I couldn't figure it out. And when i move around the flickering is even worse and makes the game looks absolutelly ugly. I have more than 100 hours of playtime but i kind of stopped playing, wishing that you could actually fix this. My PC specs are: Nvidia RTX 3060 + Intel core i5 13400f 13th gen + 1TB Samsung m.2 ssd + 32 GB RAM DDR4 and i run Windows 11 Home. I have already tried to reinstall all my drivers, and i keep all my drivers in the newest versions. If you would like to take a look I can send you video where it'll be clearly visible to you.
