With Charm of the Healer on an item and that item equipped, you now damage other player characters instead of healing them, which is not the intended behavior unless one has a deranged definition of the word 'healer.'

Put a charm of the healer on any clothing item and equip that item and then hit another player character and watch them not be healed but instead die or at least take damage.
