Edgar Allan Poe Issues

I have been able to find and do the quests for the new NPCs Joan of Arc and Taliesin just fine, but when I went to find Edgar Allan Poe, he seems to be nowhere to be found. I double-checked that he appears listed as an NPC in the Forest Gloom, but when I arrive there, no marker appears to point me in the correct direction. I scoured the realm and have not been able to find anyone but the trader.

To see if it was just me, I had my partner check in their game and they are also having the same issue.

Notes: We have both done considerable content in the Forest Gloom realm, so many bastilles were complete and the fae tower had also been completed. I also noticed his name on the list for the Ascended Gloom NPCs but did not find him there either.
