As part of v0.3 there was implemented on each of the Major Realm Cards a Realm Bonus, which was specific to reach Realm.
The Provisioner Realm Bonus is listed as +100% loot from chests.
However, this does not function, the loot from chests is unchanged in quantity.
Instead, it appears it is applying the same Realm Bonus as Astrolabe Realms, which is a Realm Bonus of +100% Yield from Ores and Stones.
