In a Desert Vault, a Bastille of Insight challenge gave us a glyph inside a wall. Screenshot attached once we finally managed to find the blasted thing.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If at all possible, please press F2 while in-game at this location and attach a screenshot of the overlay menu to this post so we can better understand what maybe causing the issue.
Also, to confirm, were you and your group able to interact with the glyph?

The problem recurred this evening and I captured the debug report. Confirm that the glyph is interactable, just extremely low visibility.
