So, I went to the site of Herbarium Site of Power, i fought all the enemies, while fighting the boss I fell, came back and kept fighting them. When all the things were defetead nothing was unlocked, the creepy music was still playing like there was enemy nearby but there was nothing, but the thing in the top was blue but no interaction was showing, quest is not marked as complete either.

Hi there,
The Herbarium Site of Power "boss" includes the 3 smaller automatons, as well as the large one that spawns. Had you defeated all three of these? If not, it is possible that one or more may have followed you down to a lower level of the SOP.
If the straggler cannot be located and defeated, the encounter should reset itself after 15 minutes.
