every few minutes my weapon starts to fire or activate at full speed and goes on till I try and change selected weapon if no weapon on hotbar it cotinuasly punches until i try and change hot bar number it can happen when I travel through the different biomes but mainly in my house and it destroys boxes augments and structures it has been happening since last patch

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If at all possible, please press F2 while in-game and attach a screenshot of the overlay menu to this post so we can better understand what maybe causing the issue.
If you are able to do so, a video capture of this happening would also be useful.
