The first Abeyance realm is always the same landmass when playing offline. Same lakes and rivers and coasts but randomized POIs. I have not extensively tested other realms but it also seems to affect at least the first quest realm (Forest Antiquarian). I don't know if this is a full on bug but it is substantially affecting my motivation to keep playing even though I absolutely LOVE the core concept and gameplay.
