Teleported to my base and some bound guys ran into my base. I killed them all but now with all the doors closed and a decent comfort level I cann't rest. It's flagging environmental and threatened status.
Deleted the beds and reset the beds down and the issue went away. Placed them in the same spot too. Weird but glad it's fixed.
