Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
To clarify, when you say that the augments disappear, do you mean that the augment structures which have been built are no longer present in the game?
Or that the schematics for the augments are missing from your Guidebook?

Well, they Augs showed up Offline on a repair/reload ... methinks it was me - or a mystery fix from you folks :)
