Description:
If the user has a Built Portal and a natural portal pointing to the same location and resets the natural portal, the portal at both locations will close. If the user returns to their Built Portal they will see that the cards are still in the portal but will not have the option of reopening or resetting the portal.
Logging out and back in removes the cards from the portal.
