UPdate: Just noticed I can no longer craft ANY 'Makeshift' items, much less the torch. I can search for and find them in my Guidebook, but the 'craft' button is greyed out and it won't let me select ingredients. This has got to be some kind of bug.

There is no torch in my crafting to make. Is there a recipe somewhere I need to buy? I'm playing solo offline. Searched everywhere for this issue, but can't find anything. Is anyone else having this issue?
