Can't cut tree down Merged

tree regrew (im not sure how many patches ago in respite realm its been a minute) after cutting stump down. Tree is now a god and will not take any damage or be recognized as timber to be chopped with an axe.

Steps to Reproduce sorry no idea. i just accepted the tree was an immortal and moved my building.
