Offline Bass Reeves being honest gets nowhere. Merged

Being honest with Bass Reeves sticks you in a loop on the text where he wants to reward you and the window just closes on clicking Next.

    Occours under Blood Moon also. Nightmarish. So far it seems to have 100% repeatability over 2 tries. Will attempt dishonesty after.
