Transparent blocks become invisible in water

Foundations and likely other items placed in blueprint mode become invisible in water - its not tough if you're keeping track of what you're doing but I could see this being annoying for players potentially in the long run.
There are foundation blueprints in the water, though as they are invisible you can't see them unless you delete/fill them in.
