So - I tend always forget to talk to the "aid" quest people before building their house. Usually, to trigger the reward, I have to break something and then talk to them, so then I can complete the building again and the quest along with it to get credit - That's fine - BUT now the lady is missing, and when I destroyed the wall so that I could rebuild it, it VANISHED (the blueprint / glowing blue wall that shows where to build vanished!) - This means I can't finish the building quest, AND there is also no one to turn it in to.
