every time i want to offer to the automaton bishop it fighs with a scorpion and then it is angry so it doesnt place his offering altar. i cant do my quest

Steps to Reproduce
join a desert astrolable find the automaton bishop (it agroes on any enemie)
Leaving the map and returning resets the Bishop, so after three tries of sprinting across the map I managed to complete it. Though it would be nice if it would disable defensive eventually.
