I wanted to inform you on something, i dont think is working as designed. sites of powers on my newly started online character 23.5.2024 are bugged and doesnt seem to take in to account selected difficulty level.

Also Tier3 sets at that progress stage, doesnt feel very balanced
I literally one shot all the level 40-60 mobs with simple axe, heremetic flame enchantment and 234 magick power.
also samething happened to antiquarian site of power, knight was level 3 in Extreme difficulty.
