Request: Unique weapon names/suffixes

One thing I would love to see named items or creatures, but after looking around and reading. I saw this was not Ideal to the envisioned idea of the game. so I propose a work around using prefix or suffixes, simple things as "Strong" or maybe a more complexed "Blackened (weapon/tool/creature) of Health" this has potential for many new ideas and more complex encounters and challenges. However, one question comes is how can they be earned/gained? well we can use the tiered creatures and let it be a drop, or use vaults and bosses drop them based off of difficulty. I forgot to mention but the suffix/prefix that could be added in and what each of them do is entirely up to the decisions of the devs.
