Minor realm card bonuses not listed Merged

Minor realm cards no longer show the bonuses they apply to the realm on the card. The "notes" for the card when crafting only give the general description, but not details. The card should display the bonuses applied.

The cards still show the time reduction bonuses when looking at them in the realmic transmuters, but they do not display when looking at the card details in your inventory or in the crafting notes.

Additionally, cards that that they improve the quality of x-based items at the cost of the materials' effectiveness should explain what that means. It isn't clear what the "cost" is, or whether it applies to the attributes added to the materials or what kind of crafting station is used, or some other variable.
