Tudor Roof Pieces

So, the Tudor roof pieces currently include protrusions beyond the tile the piece actually occupies. This looks good at the ends of buildings, but leads to very awkward overlapping in the myriad other contexts they might appear, for instance the end part of a roof clipping through a wall in a multi-storey house with gradually narrower upper floors. It also means there are pieces from the sides of each middle part of a sloping roof, sticking out into the neighboring middle parts, into the corner parts, and so forth.

My proposed solution would be: Give each Tudor roof piece zones at each end, where if there is another building piece to that side of it, nothing protrudes beyond the tile border (i.e. it extends only far enough to neatly meet with the other roof/wall tile). If there is no other building piece found "outward" in a given direction, then the protrusion is added as normal.

Please consider this, or a similar solution; currently there is serious, immersion-breaking messiness in the visual presentation here which also serves to limit the player's creative expression.
