I'd still like to see them reduce item counts by utilizing the synchronous lotus as charges on portals, and allow portals to be made that can have different realms on a wheel that you can choose.
It also be an excuse to have different qualities of portals that you can craft to perhaps allow more realms to be added to your selection, for example the crude might only have a couple, while, something like excellent or advanced might allow six or eight.
