I am a simple man. Show me a character creation screen, and I will try to make the most outlandish things possible. Hair color options are quite diverse and plentiful. Skin color? Could use some improvement.
Now before I go too far I want to be clear - if there is a genuine story concern or other reason we need to have more "natural" humans, then disregard this entirely. I would never want to get in the way of the "intended vision".
If there's not a story concern/etc...maybe add a checkbox (turned on by default) called "Natural Colors". Once unchecked, it just unlocks the full color palette. Then we can begin living out our Shrek fantasies in the varying available swamps.
