I've basically given up that you will fix my issue. The only option your support people gave me was to ask someone I play with (I don't play with a group.) to get back to my respite realm. So that means I will effectively have to restart the game and give up all the progress I had made, and create a new character - and i didn't ENJOY the game enough to play through all the crap again to get to this point. Complete waist of time and your support folk are useless too. Apparently you only care enough to fix the issue when a lot of people are affected, not one.
