Limited access to backend data could allow the community to create rather sophisticated web-based or mobile tools regarding certain game mechanics. Such as an app that allows us to preview the appearance or statistics of completed recipes, depending on selected materials used for their creation.
This would be helpful for determining the outcome for tools, gear, meals, and so on. Or for locating certain NPCs, or for finding recipes and learning how to unlock them. Being able to view lore (such as NPC dialogue) would also be highly beneficial.
It would be awesome to be able to make maps of people's abeyance realms based on APIs. Or even track where certain animals are spawning on realms created for hunting.
I've been trying to make a new material color guide but as-is, the material colors are wildly inconsistent and it would be nice if I could just preview what they look like without having to farm up the materials.
