Plant boxes should get buff instead of a de-buff when exposed. It makes more sense to have the plant boxes exposed to Natural sunlight for them to grow better.. Right now, Either you get the <Sheltered Buff> or get the <Exposed De-buff but getting the plants watered during a rain>..
