Ability to change anchor point when building Merged

The ability to cycle anchor points while building an item would be a huge help and QoL improvement. When placing an item, having the ability to choose to anchor from the item's bottom/top/right/left side would make it much easier to achieve the desired result. The is a feature I've seen in other survival / crafting games as well, such as Valheim.

For example, this would make it much easier when trying to place the Voyager Steamer Trunk onto the Colossal Shelf or Utilitarian shelves.
