The Hollow Moore Card did not unlock, puck did not spawn. Now Im stuck in progress and can not move forward

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
- To confirm, the Hollowed Moor card did not appear at the end of the vault and Puck did not appear at the Crossroads when you returned?
- The Hollowed Moor card is also not present in your inventory and cannot be played at the portal?
A possible workaround to this may be to revisit the site of power, enter the vault, rest, and re-engage with the final boss.
