Just travelled to a "Antiquarian Forest" realm, right after ending Sylvan's Cradle quests, and the camera turning with the mouse is irresponsive.
I had the same issue in Welkin's Reach, after hitting caps lock on accident and selecting it again the mouse wouldn't have my character turn and there was no indicator in the view screen to interact with the environment.
